Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Verify that your item is eligible for return by ensuring it is in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached and was not marked as a Final Sale or Custom Size order.

  Request Authorization

  Log into your Bella Bridesmaids account or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

• 3.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed RMA form inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately and timely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until your refund is confirmed.
