How long does it take for my bridesmaid dress to arrive?
Standard production for made-to-order dresses typically takes 12 to 16 weeks. We recommend ordering at least 6 months before the wedding to allow time for shipping and professional alterations.
Can I return or exchange a bridesmaid dress?
Since most of our dresses are made-to-order based on your specific color and size selection, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-ship accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days.
How do I ensure all my bridesmaids' dresses match in color?
To ensure a perfect color match, we recommend placing a 'Group Order.' This allows us to cut all dresses from the same dye lot, preventing slight variations in shade that can occur between different fabric rolls.
Do you offer alterations in-store?
While Bella Bridesmaids does not provide in-house alterations, our stylists will provide you with a list of recommended tailors in your area who specialize in formal wear and bridal attire.
What size should I order?
Bridesmaid sizing often runs smaller than everyday street wear. We provide a detailed size chart for each designer and recommend being professionally measured to select the size that fits your largest measurement.
Do you offer rush shipping options?
Yes, many of our designers offer rush production for an additional fee. This can reduce the lead time to 6–8 weeks, depending on the brand and current fabric availability.
